Anyway, respond to the feedback I sent you, and let's go from there. I’ll repost some of what I wrote anyway, as it may be of use to others.
Please check you are not :
A) Challenging someone who is refusing more games.
B) A non-subscriber on their 6 game limit (this is the normally the misunderstanding when this problem is reported) .
I suggest creating some open invites to either prove or disprove the existence of a problem – then let me know as soon as possible so we can get you competing for the most active player as soon as possible.

I hate to be a nag. My subscription is due to be renewed and I have spent at least an hour (on two occasions) TRYING to give you some money. I looked up... I looked down..., left and right and sheesh! Please... PRETTY PLEASE... add a menu item under "Community" called "Subscribe". My conscience is bad enough right now without having a debt to you I can't pay. Thanks. Mike
Originally posted by StarValleyWyI might be wrong but if I've understood it correctly, I think that the renewing of the subscription happens automatically, at least if you used a credit card in subscribing. Your credit card will be billed automatically for the renewal of the subscription, and you only need to take measures if you wish not to renew.

Only after I had registered with that name did I consider the additional benefit of my opponents being rattled by the prospect of having their house burn down if they beat me too badly... 😉

The Romans probably just thought of the greeks and wanted to burn them? Jealous? 🙄 but then maybe i'm just being a skeptic... 😕
Originally posted by PyrrhoI don't recall reading that...I don't want my credit card billed automatically for ANYTHING...Russ, can you clarify this scenario? 😲

Before a subscription expires, an email is sent to you saying that a charge will be made. If you don't want that to happen, you just cancel it - otherwise it will renew.
This is why I get people to send me their order numbers when they sponsor someone, so I can cancel the subscription right away, and flag it as a 'one off'.
If you have any concerns about this, just let me know, and I can take care of it.
