My clan wouldn't function if I behaved like a condescending dictator, taking orders is not what being in a clan is about. You get to choose when you want to play challenges, and if you communicate with your clan leader properly you can also manage your games exactly how you want them... and at the same time you have the opportunity to band together with people with whom you have something in common besides chess!
