Hmm, I just signed up for a subscription account and when I log in here it still says I have no subscription. I paid through paypal, has anyone else experienced some lagtime membership acceptance?

Expect a couple of days lag time only, if it's any longer Send Feedback (link at bottom of every page). Subscription enquiries get priority attention. 🙂

We seem to have a problem with PayPal failing to apply subscriptions as they are purchased. This is under investigation.

This issues has now been fixed - it was a subtle PayPal API change.

If you have subscribed recently using PayPal and use a different email for PayPal to that used on this site, please let us know so we can upgrade your account. (There are a few of you out there)
