I have thought of challenging folks to try deciphering a crytogram. That would show the youngsters that we old fogeys still have some smarts! I solve them on an average of 5 minutes per saying if one letter is supplied. Here is one I did two days ago. S=Y

Edit: I expected some sort of system how the letters are encoded, but couldn't find anything (although I have to admit I haven't worked very much on it). Is it just random?

I didn't notice because I didn't go as far as checking all the letters... I was lazy and mostly just used context. The "You're" gave it away easily.
