As the crow flies; it is further from Hawaii to Cape Town, than it is from Melbourne to London.

Less time separates us (human beans) from T Rex (the animal, not the Popular music group) than separates T Rex from Stegosaurus.

Dunedin NZ is the furthest city from London.
Invercargill NZ is further south but actually closer to London!

If all of the empty space was removed from atoms of every human being, what remained would fit inside the size of a sugar cube.

True or False. I'll just click True - I can't be arsed finding that one out🚬

I’ve no idea if it’s actually true or false, but the premise is discussed on many “science portals”. I think this one is true.

Another one of a group of “facts” is about scale, E.g. the earth is approximately at geometrical mean between a proton and the size of the known universe. I can believe it, but it might not be super accurate.

    Interesting though.

I do know that light from the Sun takes about 8 minutes to get here on this rock, there are so many things you can do in that time🧐
