He appears to be the exact kind of opponent that should be avoided. At the point where he stopped making moves, he had something like 200 games going simultaneously and his rating had climbed to about 1400 or so (indicating that he is at least a pretty good player). But, then he
stopped, and now his rating is almost half his peak. So, if he were to say win against someone
with his rating down that low, the loser would lose a ridiculous amount of points, given his ability.
I claimed win because he clearly is not serious about respecting the time limits of this site (if you search through his games, this is a pattern; it has happened at least once before), and represents
a dangerous risk for anyone playing. I certainly will not accept a challenge from him at this point
until he demonstrates some permanence.
I am not slandering the person behind the chess player; he may be a very nice person, but from
an etiquette standpoint, his compulsion to create a gratuitious number of games which he
evidentally has no intention of finishing is unacceptable.

Can you spare the time to play so many games?
Will you have time to extracate myself from the situation, if necessary, by letting the number of active games decline naturally while not starting off any more?
Take a tip from who knows.. DO NOT play all your games as 3 or even 7 day timeouts... this is a recipe for disaster.
Even though I move every day (apart from holidays or short breaks) I play all my games as 14 day timeouts.
