Its on the "Challenge" channel for UK folk on Telewest.

for more detail than you ever wanted, see

Personally, I love the format with Craig Charls having no idea what is going on and just making up the commentry as he goes along. Inspired!

So perhaps an in-depth knowledge via website would harm rather than help!

How about an award for the best event? πŸ˜‰

I nominate the round where they have to cross the river by stepping stones, but if they step on the round one, they get a bit wet! πŸ˜‰

Last nights skipping stones was quite inspirational.

I have to say high rollers is probably my favourite. Then avalance.

Craig Charles is also very funny. Hehe, this fairly large woman was doing avalanche and he said "She's doesnt have speed, she's got momentum".. then as the boulder hits her "Its like an immovable object meeting ... an immovable object"

M fav is the "running into doors" game: though I've only seen it once and don't recall whatever nomicer craig came up with for that one.

For those that don't know, it involves somebody running full-on at a wall with some doors in it: alas most of the doors are phony and thus the contestant typically 'bounces' in a most entertaining manner

High roller or the bridge walk are close contenders however.

I like the tug of war with the suprise behind the door. It's really great when it's a cow or a bulldozer.
