Prince 2006 Brits Award Performance is my get up off the sofa & bounce around the carpet 12 minute mini workout session music video. There’s a 3 min stretch and warm up intro, a 3 min off we go phase, a 3 min cool down phase then a go for the burn finale. Wakes me up every time 💃💃💃
