Did you try the one where you have a bunch of boxes on a paper, each with some trait, and they have to find someone with that trait? Although I imagine a Seitse version would be NSFW.

oh well, I guess I'll just tell them straightforward that there will be no raises.

No team building activities will ever change how happy they will be with the news 🙂.

Tell them the good news first - there won't be any team building activities! The lack of raises will then seem like a small price to pay.
