So after hearing everyone talking about it, I looked it up on YouTube. Pretty stupid. Not at all funny.
Enough. Please stop.
I started my version same evening for LULZ, and recorded it in a day or so. It was fun, and the most hits I ever got for a song. Surprised no negative feedback... usually SOMEONE wants to troll you for some reason... even claim you tried to steal a song because they don't know definitions like 'parody' and 'embellished cover'.
Trolls.... LOLZ!~

I downloaded an iPhone game over the weekend and it gave me the option to buy a "Pants on the Ground" soundtrack. You can buy the song on iTunes now, or buy the album for $11.99 with 11 remixes. There are even t-shirts, buttons, stickers...etc. What the hell? It's really not that cool. Wasn't even funny. I've never watched American Idol because I find the whole premise pretty distasteful. Watching the YouTube video just made me sort of sad.
