My lifelong medical problem...

So I need massive amounts of sugar to feel normal and if I don’t get it I shake and sweat and can’t walk straight so what is wrong?

I have also been accused of using steroids because I am muscular but I have never done them and I barely workout.
(I would use them if I knew where to get them but alas, I don’t)

I did the tests for diabetes and an endocrine test and an EKG blah blah blah...
Nothing conclusive.

Any ideas?
Any food suggestions so I don’t have to eat sugar all day?

The symptoms match up but when I got tested they said no diabetes.
Obviously I will get test again because it has been some time since I had those tests done.

Diabetes would have been my hunch. Please do get it checked again. (Your body seems to be telling you something).

Ya I will.
I got tested about 15 years ago so I am due for another check up.
I don’t want to waste the medical staffs time right now because of covid but after I will go see them.

Sugar craving is normal .. and was useful when we wandered about picking berries.

Problem is, sugar causes insulin high, which causes sugar craving, which
induces insulin high, which leads to more sugar craving ... etc.

Go Cold Turkey. No sugar. Lots of fruit. Occasional sugar substitutes.
Try it for aweek.

Good luck

I have heard that before and it could be an option.
Fruit has natural sugar so my problem might be caused by me with my eating habits.

With your IQ that seems the most sensible diagnosis.

Walton-on-the-Naze
Great blackberrying down there.

Used to fill a couple of carrier bags and make heaps of pies!

Growing up in Clacton, I know Walton well. (We use to go ten pin bowling on the pier).
