I got it about a month and I have become totally addicted. What a great game! Anyone else got it?

Yes, and I did not get addicted. In fact, I think my 45 euros were wasted. You do way too much running around traveling (boats/silt striders only come that far), and on several occasions I got stuck (literally) after which I would discover I hadn't saved in about an hour. AAARGH!
Nice environments though, but that doesn't make the game, unfortunately.

I know what you mean but I have only been to Seyda Neen and then took the silt strider to Balmora so I haven't really travelled that much yet.

Love it, have completed it as well as completing tribunal and bloodmoon expansion packs.
Busy designing some mods for it at the mo.

The construction kit supplied with game is very easy to pick up while being very comprehensive. as for editing skins this is quite easy to pick up too.

http://www.elderscrolls.com/index.php

this link goes to the Morrowind home page and has on it tutorials on the construction kit, advice and links to free skin editors. Some free official mods (sounds, skins, scenarios, locations and quests), and links to unofficial mods (some of these are as big as Bloodmoon, one of the official expansion packs).

Always keep a backup of save games before applying some of the unofficial mods.

Waaaaah, a big fan you have here, played the game a few weeks ago on a friend's XBoX and loved it, bought the game the next day for my PC. Why do you think I gave up the MAP of the Month? Indeed. Morrowind. 🙂

What about your weapons, I stole a sword of the House of Hlaalu steward, with a value of 20000 septims/drakes/gold pieces! Of course, it almost got me killed, but with my Shockeater Robe and Chitin armor and of course my Fiend Katana (9000 Gp, Bound Longsword, makes it 45-43-18 attack or so), I managed to get away. I sold a large part of my weapons collection to my repairman at thew Fighters Guild (I'm Olav the Swordsman) and managed to pay the bounty on my head. 😀

OK, I'm sorry I bored you guys, just wanted that to be known... 😛

Just got my XFX Gef 5900 FX today. Playing Farcry. My oath what an amazing game. FAN tastic graphics and superb AI.

Best FPS by leaps and bounds. Will wait to see if DoomIII comes close.

cheers

Just wait until you get further into the game and increase your skill to the point where you can enchant your weapons. You can create your own custom weapon with whatever powers you wish.
I had a sword that paralysed enemies as well as emit lightning, also a shield that made me invisible for 120 seconds and opened locked doors.

I found this game was fantastic. I spent ages and ages on it doing all the sidequests and such. Strangely though when I got a job I found that I didn't have quite as much time for it as when I was in uni. That's the only problem, as to get the most out of it requires many hours.
