We both know who they are.
People start up threads, just to instigate, and incite people, and some how get away with it. The TOS covers that, but it actually has to be enforced, is all I am saying.

Folks don't like his threads, they don't have to go into them. I would say the people going into the threads are more to blame, as they don't have to go into them. Why would they do this? To instigate and incite, not other reason.
