The handshake emoji

I like to greet past players with a friendly handshake so why when I click on the handshake emoji does it pop up again in a separate box with a blue dot?


In the end it works; but why the second pop-up emoji of the same handshake?

I would love to see a middle finger Emoji, I am betting it would get a lot of usage. 😉

Of course not as Gentleman like as the handshake emoji.

Assuming you're on Windoze and using the emoji picker, either via right click or using Win + .
The blue dot means there's more options for the given emoji (like skin tone for example).
