ACCEPTING REALITY. From their earliest years to their final months and days, human beings always tend to see what they want to see,

not what's there (it's one of the primary reasons we lose chess games). Honorable mention would probably be LEARNING, because of

the necessity of unlearning which poses massive challenges. It's universally difficult to let go of cultural biases and false notions, that

have long since become permanent items of emotional decor and mental furniture. And FILLING THE VACUUM of the loss of a loved one.
