The Iron Chef: What the Hell are they eating????

Have you seen this show? Particularly the Japanese version of it?
I actually like the show, BUT!
What the Hell are they eating!!!!!!!!
It's like, if its guts, lets eat it!
They have a special ingredient for each contest. Half the time, it is alive! Huge octopus, lobster, crabs, fish. The chefs pick them up and throw them in boiling water, or, even worse, They start chopping the living critter up! Thank God they at least don';t use living mammals!

lol I like that show its cool. Even though they leave the heads and bones on the fish it is still a awesome show. I like IronChef America. Morimoto is the best chef on both shows if you ask me.

I am a bit obsessed qwith cooking shopws and cook books. I don't know why, because I rarely cook. I just find them so fascinating.

food is a fine topic ! it seems asian restaurants always serve their meat dishes with the animal heads displayed on the platter, ie., duck, roasted pig, etc, kind of unnerving to see the roasted pig head as i

personally I love the show. It is shown here every week, mostly repeats but it is one of my favouritew shows. I find the American overlayed vocies funny (not sure if it is always a direct tranlation of what was originally said).
