These guys are frauds, plain and simple. It took me many mweessages to even get them to admit that they were Christians:
There is one thing I don't understand. It's not that you're religious. I have a number of friends who belong to organized religions. I am a conservative, myself. What I don't understand is this: why lie? Why lie in public? Why do you have a very public forum, and refuse to admit your religion? You have admitted to lying about it- denyng it- why would you lie about it? what Christian Value does denyng that you are a Christian serve? I _know_ Christians (I am not one), some who are willing to admit it. The Ivory guys are liars- is not admitting to being a Christian a Christian Value?
Ask this question- I'm not a Christian, btw. I would have been OK with the answer yes- that's what every other Christian I've ever talked to told me- I have asked these guys, repeatedly- took hours to wring the confession (confession?) that they were Christians out of them- well, I have to ask... I'm not a Christian, but... if I were, would I lie about it? Would I feel guilty? Why would it be so hard to get me to admit that I was a Christian? Or would I say it, loudly- if I thought that that was the price of being saved- I know what I'd do.... if I were a Christian... I'm not- either are these guys.... so what _are_ they doing? I'd like to know, and I'd like to see some real Christians find out- even if we disagree....

You might disagree with me- I bet you will about a lot of things- boy I believe some things that are not good Christian Values... - that's not the point- I just want you to notice what the Ivory Tower is. Please take a very good hard look at them... I don't care what you think of me- why should I? Just look at them.
I know Christians- I like Christians. I am, in fact, a pretty conservative American(though an atheist....). But I think it's very odd when Christian proselytizers actually deny that they are Christians. Is that a Christian Value, in action- to lie, and deny Christ? That's what the IvoryTower guys do.

OK, well simple enugh- it always was- readthe thread. Say what you stand for.. If I'm wrong i'm embarrassed- actually, at this point, I'm not- butI would have been on page 3 or so, the first time I asked tham to just say that they were not secular, and that they were an organization- not that I would mind if they were religious, but I wanted to know if they were-that's all I want- if you're a Christian org, tell me, then we're ok. Weord that you won't admit it though... seems to me like most Christians I know are proud of it.
