As for the flaming, I have asked him why he does it. I don't know if it will do any good, but I am hoping we might get to the bottom of it and get it to stop. I wouldn't bet on it, but I guess it's worth a shot. Hopefully there's a reasonable person in there that just has some beef we need to get through.
