What about when the Patriots got thrash by the Bears in the superbowl in 87. The patriots being my adopted team, much to the amusement of my mates (both routing for the Bears), it ended my romance with american football, bloody fridge! 🙁
That was also a rout,but at least the Patsies scored in that game. The Redskins were held to 125 yards in total offense. That is close to an NFL record for futility.
