Our regular chef has taken some time off so I've been asked, along with my bar tending duties, to take over. Who wants some of my specialty...burnt toast and Marmite au Gratin?

I will try some of that please along with a glass of your best wine. Maybe it's wasted on the burnt toast, but who knows... 🙂

We do have a few bottle of Chilean Carmenere, which has a slight smoky taste which considering the burnt toast might just fit the bill. Wanna try it?
