On my first day trip to Manhattan I discovered what I think of as "Greek" pizza, with spinach, feta (maybe also mozzarella), and black olive slices among the toppings. This was at a locally owned pizza parlor, not one of the chains or franchises.

All these years you would think I would have one of those, we have lots of pizza joints here and I don't believe I've ever had that topping before.
