I mean I see the Tavern as a fictional private place, it's not a thread that anyone is interested in judging from the few who post in it.

It would be nice if that was the case, but people will always judge and have their own opinions on things as you know.

Somebody alerted my post, and rightly so - it is bad language I know - the movie Taxi Driver is a cult film, the scene is iconic. This guy drives taxi at night and is deeply disturbed by all the terrible things he experiences. I will remove the film, it wasn't important at all. I thought that perhaps the Tavern is a private place.

Puritanical swines.

Absolutely, I chose this clip because Robert De Niro, the world famous and extremely talented American actor, made this film with Martin Scorsese, the equally talented film director - they made many movies together - and they tell a story although not quite evident here. And it shows a man talking to the mirror and for that sequence Robert De Niro is loved and admired.

That is true and one of my favorite Actors.

Your Video is still there torunn. I know mine would be long gone by now. The alert is still up, they usually remove that if they have looked at it. Unfortunately I've had enough of them to know. 🙂
