@torunn saidtorunn,
Well, this is a tavern and open discussions so I would comment on this:
Having or not having children is a very personal choice. I have friends who decided against having children because the circumstances were not in their favour. Afterwards you may think that it might have been possible to have a family then, but it was not quite evident at the time. Children or not, life is rich regardless.
What I am saying if you've never had children, no matter what the reason.
The person doesn't know the happiness that Children, Grandchildren, and great Grandchildren bring into one's life.
As the old saying goes if you never had it you don't miss it.

@torunn saidOne of the best experiences of my life was being in the delivery room to cut the ambilocal cord to help deliver my first born. It is such a great feeling knowing you helped to bring a new life into the world, of course the world was a much different place back then. 🙂
I know what you are saying and I understand and agree to some extent.

@great-big-stees saidSometimes it is just a clown at the door next door neighbor who you don't want to bother with so you just ignore "IT"!~ 🙂 🙂 😛
Indeed. When one knocks on the door/rings the bell several times and gets no response there is nobody home or they know who it is and don’t want to face the “knocker”.😉😉
