No worries, it’s not even an issue, and from the structure and presentation it’s obliviously copy and pasted not sure why you would have to also say it was??? I’ve been on a low 60 mg starting dose of a non addictive adhd med for 4 days now and after a month they’ll start upping the dose so hopefully this helps as I’ve never taken anything for it. Have a good day.

Hi, I was just talking about stimulant’s in general, coffee as I remembered your statement. I agree about the energy drinks, but it’s desperation when I’m stuck. I usually just drink soft drinks all day up to two 2 liters and coffee if needed???

We know what's best for ourselves - I try to avoid much sugar and salt but apart from that I'm not particular about food, I have what is available.

I know it’s not healthy, and when things balance out I will get back to that. It’s really easy for me to not eat for periods or very little as at times it feels like too much effort and seldom buy groceries. I’m a little more picky than what you’re saying also, (I don’t eat my animals their all pets πŸ˜‰) with a lot I don’t eat like any kind of fish seafood, cheese and on. One of my sons eats literally a small handful of different things his whole life so it could be worse😁.

Of course it was obvious what I posted was copied and pasted and obvious it didn't come from me, but another source. I just wanted you to know what I read and was hoping it my help in some way. I hope the meds work for you.
