When I stop for a bit, I place knife and fork as if I was to continue. When I have finished, I place them in parallel to the right.
Pausing, fork at the 7 o’clock position and the knife at the 4 position. When done eating as you said at the 4 o’clock position.👍😉

Since there are no actual costs involved in running the Tavern, it usually works out in some mysterious way, but of course we always welcome guests with good manners. 🙂

A small cappuccino please and a gin and tonic for Mr Potato Head.

Hmmm. I’d have thought he’t have gone for a vodka martini 🍸, though I suppose that might seem a bit cannibalistic…for him.🤔😲

@Great-Big-Stees

Hey Stees, this year may be the earliest you break out the clubs and play a round.

Thank God for global warming, eh? 😍

That certainly looks, at least for now, like a good possibility but could I ask you to sing/hum that Dionne Warwick song, ”Say a Little Prayer Fir You”, as some help.
.🙏😁

This is my lunch today at Joe Farelli's:
Wallenbergare is a Swedish dish generally consisting of ground veal, cream, egg yolks and coated in breadcrumbs. It is traditionally served with boiled or mashed potatoes, lingonberry jam and green peas.
Perhaps something for the Tavern?

I’m weird, I don’t eat anything from the water, cheese and many things. I’m sure it’s very good.
