I would suggest a Mai-Bock from the Andreasbräu (small local brewery from aorund here), only it is only made (and sold) in May..

I must, at this point, apologize but unfortunately I was remiss when placing our order and missed the fact that we were low on our "finest". When I discovered my "faux pas" it was too late for this weeks order but they assured me that they would be sure to send it along next week. I the mean time will a glass of our, "pretty darned good" do?
