funny...
tha term we use fer an idea or a thought or reply to someone else thought or idea is tha same term used fer a wooden fence support...

i am a judgmental bastard...

every thingy that crosses my eyes, ears, or nose gits a rating...

all tha dang philosophy points, left and right, git graded by my holiness...

some posts are well written and provoke other, excellent thoughts and ideas...
heck,
some induce heart-thumping excitement!!!

others...
i wish fer a "garbage disposal" type option where i could save someone from the embarrassment they surely feel at having written extreme drivel...

about six months ago...
give or take a year...

ade, a friend of mine, wrote something that i played with in my head and rewrote and wrote again until i had something that wuz not quite original, not quite plagiarized, but, an amalgam of our two minds thinking along tha same lines...

i do not have hiz original thought to present to you...
i will give you what i've got...

"a thot iz like a leaf falling from a tree in autumn...
az it downward drifts, it iz individual, unique, special...
and then it joins itz fellow thots on tha forest floor, lost forever in tha jumble...
soon to compost, intermingled inseparably from itz neighbors...
az THIS thot will be..."

the only 'problem' with this iz that altho i declared that THIS thought would also be compost like others...

it has stayed with me...

i am grateful for yer folks 'posting'...
even tha crappy, non-thinking posts...

Most people don't consider that every thought you have is a chemical reaction inside your brain. You literally can't think something without the chemical bath inside your noggin changing its balance slightly. When you think a happy thought, you get a particular type of chemical reaction. When you get angry or depressed, that's a slightly different reaction. Your body is designed to get efficient at whatever it does a lot. So if you think happy thoughts a lot, your brain becomes adept at facilitating that specific reaction. Same thing with negative thoughts. And once it gets trained to go in a certain direction, it is very difficult to change the predisposition.

Like Abraham Lincoln said: Most people in this life are as happy or as sad as they make their minds up to be.

it's an accident...
nothing intentional...
simply one tiny lil chaotic event...
