What keeps me awake is the possibility of the phone ringing and rousing me out of a dream and getting all annoyed at WHO could be calling at THIS hour and then realizing it could something important and feeling guilty about getting mad and rushing to the phone and barking my shin painfully on the way only to find out it's a wrong number called by some drunk who's trying to get in touch with his ex-girlfriend to beg for another chance otherwise he's going to commit suicide so I have to stay on the line and talk him out of it only I fail and I hear a bang and I can't hang up the damn phone its perpetually connected to a dead guy's phone.
Just the thought of it keeps me awake.
