1) I've been enjoying drinking a nice hot cup of water. Just plain ol' water. There's something kind of nice about it. Just heat up a cup of water like you would with hot tea and it try it.
2) Try taking a shower with the lights off in your bathroom. I've done this before and it's interesting. Complete darkness and a nice warm shower.
3) Try drinking water as you're taking a leak. It feels like the water is going straight through your body and right out into the toilet. It's relaxing in a way.

@suzianne saidI'm glad you mentioned that. It reminded me that someone was trying to start up a floatation-tank center in my vicinity, and it seems like that is still in the works, with an opening planned for this fall.
