Just to appease the masses, I have finally got around to implementing this. (The lynch mob can back down now..😉 )
A new link is available from the board view sidebar. If the game is eligible for a draw claim, it can be made from that link.
Here is an example where this rule would have been well used had it been available :

Note, this link is only available from the board view when playing, but you can fudge the gameid on the URL (as I have done here) to any game you like if have any interest. But please, no tipping players off - the onus is on the player to check for the repetition.
