It’s true for me plus short runs on grass or uphill doesn’t cause me any knee pain.

My brother-in-law and I were very close knew him for many decades, been gone now for a couple years going on 3 and I still miss him and pick up the phone to call him.

I can't imagine what it must be like for fmf, it will take time he will be back when and IF he is ready I am sure.

I quit smoking altogether in 2004, can't believe it is 20 years later already. Drinking 32 years ago seems like a life time ago now. I wish I had never started either of them now.
