No. Usually cold is recommended more than heat for this diagnosis (plantar fasciitis / heel spur), and that fits with my experience (when my foot was worst, it always hurt when I took a warm shower), so I doubt this would be helpful. I did get some results for "Epsom salts fasciitis" when I googled it, though. I have tried a lot of things and am currently se ...[text shortened]... rapy and massage. I think it has become a bit better, but the progress is excruciatingly slow.
Heel spurs... I think the standard treatment for this is surgery. Are you attempting to avoid surgery?
