I'm fairly new here......not new new though, just dont post too often,

The hole in the ozone layer will engulf the entire northern hemisphere. Due to new world wide laws imposed by the UN, only clean vehicles will be permitted in an attempt to slow the ozone decay. This will lead many of the richer nations to invest in a revaloutionary tubeulor transport system costing billions. This resolve leads the entire palnet into the first global democracy as the UN is given complete world power and economic support.
The future is a bright prospect, but we only get one shot.....
