who else would agree that its very annoying when you accept a challenge and the person only moves once and never again i think after only 1 move you should be able to claim the time out AND get the ratings points you deserve.

i totally agree ,if they dont agree to you getting the points ,then they should at least take points off the other player,as they are still moving in other games

could you explain why someone "deserves" rating points after 1 move? IMO TO's are there to prevent people ignoring games that are lost, not to inflate ratings. You can never have gained a desisive advantage after 1 move - it takes at least 2 moves for that 😉

well i dot know that vital opening move we spend hours over just for someone to ignore it and not move.😀

And, after only TWO moves, if your opponent still doesn't move the solution is quite simple - DELETE the game
