"The very conecpt of time travel makes no sense, since time doesn't flow. The fact that we think time passes is just an accident of our nervous systems-of the way things look to us. In reality, time doesn't pass; we pass. Time itself is invariant. It just is. Therefore, past and future aren't sepearte locatsions, the way New York and paris are separate locatsion. And since the past isn't a location, you can't travel to it."
GoGo time!

book report? bah! it is still summer vacataion!
and I when I said GoGo Time, i was not stating that it goes even though i just said it didn't, i was saying it to show that time is pretty cool and complex
Perhaps it is both, I never thought of his point on the subject and he'd never considered mine.

Originally posted by PalynkaI'm going to assume that was sarcasm. But i have no clue why you would say that, i thought i quoted Michael Crichton perfectly fine (with the quotes and all). The only thing i didn't put down was his name because I did not feel it was necessary to put it down.
Evidently, quoting properly is also very complex.

Well there is always that quote: Time flys by when your having fun (or something like that). Which many people can say is true. You could also go with the idea of Michael Crichton and saying it doesn't even exist and is just a figment of our imagination. I myself think time flows at the same speed at all times, so even though it may feel like it is going quicker, I believe it really isn't.
thats suppose to be in a quote btw...

Google tells me you're mistaking Kurt Vonnegut for Michael Crichton, an act which you should be deeply ashamed of.
Good eye on realizing this was a direct quote by Michael Crichton.
