So I've clamed a few timeouts in the past few days, then after moving them to archives I checked the info and saw that there seemed to be timebank left. I've put screenshots of two games up

After you click on claim win., the timebank appears showing time left.. Russ explained why once, but I didn't understand the explanation., but you can be confident that the timebank was indeed empty when you clicked the claim win button
