I watched the launch, the flight and the return. I saw Bill Shatner overwhelmed with emotion trying to describe his reaction to the flight. It was amazing, seeing this loquacious man at a loss for words. Very powerful and moving, I thought.

OMG, you people are so funny I nearly died laughing!

But all jokes aside, I can't comprehend how a seasoned space-captain, who used to battle Klingons and Romulans all over the galaxy, can get so emotional over a simple sub-orbital shot in a primitive chemical rocket.
