@Paul-Martin saidNo you haven't, and I wouldn't believe you anyway, nor should anyone, in my view.
I believe "Special Members" are limited to 5 accounts only.
I've told you a million times not to exagerate!
Don't try to get chummy with me. You are no friend of mine.
I'm not joking.
For Russ's sake, please try not to be the reason I start posting negative reviews of the site.
@Arkturos saidHaving been here longer than most; I am intrigued by your post saying that "special people" can have 5 accounts.

I have never heard of this; could you please advise as to how you came about this information?
@Arkturos saidThat is not true. Please notify Russ via feedback if you detect multi users. They are routinely banned.
What a vicious and twisted heart this site must have.
Regular members are only allowed one account at a time, but certain "special" members seem to be allowed to run as many usernames as they like.
@Ponderable saidIt is also worth noting that one is allowed to create a new account if you have discontinued using an old one. A person might do this for a number of reasons.

@Ponderable
I know of one blatant multi user, have reported it on more than one occasion. Still here.
@AlanTal saidSo it seems that the process for detection is not working well. Thank you for doing your share of the work.

@Arkturos saidStop sniveling. There is nothing wrong with this site at all!

When I was a young man, all I had to work with is 1 chess book at our local library, and a small 5 and dime chess set. No chess club, no one around me wanted to play. Just me, 1 book, and my little set. Here you sit with a massive library of online information at your fingertips, resources that I couldn't even dream of at the time, and all you do Is whine and complain.
Start a regular program of study, competition, analyzing your games, and make improvement your focus. There is a multitude of free resources that can help you with this. Worrying about multiple usernames and petty privileges is silly.
This is a chess site, not a soap opera.

I am the new guy on the site 5 years after you and I never heard tell of any special people having 5 accounts. I think sometimes Kevin doesn't quite tell the truth. I had told him he had a clean slate coming into 2026, but appears he already is getting it tarnished.
