I joint this side about 6 weaks ago and not a subsciber ( yet )
I recieve very insulting messages from my opponent ( or enemy ) Febba.
Is this normal at this site ? The messages are in dutch ( we are both from Holland) . I can translate if needed.
I don't want to give up the game but also don't want to play on with this person. What is the solution ?

My Home, My Ignore List, On the left side, type in the name, then click ignore. It blocks all personal messages and all in game messages (If it's the same as it was it might not block the very last move of the game's message)

Don't post his message in public fora, that is very much frowned upon.

Some people are just mean or rude. Some make jokes and sound rude. I'm in the second group. 🙂

Most people on this site behave well in the games. For the few that don't, your ignore list is the best solution. If the same thing happened in a forum you would click on the Alert Moderator button available to subscribers, or request in a forum post that a subscriber place an alert on the offending item.

Here are the instructions again, in case they've been swamped by all the posts.

On the coloured bar on the top of any page, click on My Home.
On the menu that drops down, click on My Ignore List.
Type the name Febba in the box provided on that page. Click on Ignore Person.

Now you can finish your game, because you will never see another message in that game.

Kewpie, do you know if chielholland has been contacted by a New Member Greeter?
