Better recipe: Arnold's "Health Nut" bread toasted, Balance or Olivio butter (no trans-fats),peanut butter, red raspberry jam, and sliced bananna's on top, with Red Rose tea to wash it down. Now THAT'S toast.

I use "I can't believe it's not butter". Zero calories, zero carbohydrates, zero cholesterol. Even the bugs won't eat it if you leave it out in the open... What could be better!?

i say enjoy life. I go for the skippy peanut butter. solid fat, lots of calories but oh so good.
