I'm having my tonsils out on Monday morning. Has anyone else had it done before?
You'll have a heck of a sore throat for a few days, but if I can remember that far back, the pain was overshadowed by the sympathy and attention you receive.
Just relax, you'll be fine. Plus you won't get sick as much in the future, so look on the good side.

The doctors said no dairy products for like 3 weeks! 2 of my meals every day are nothing but dairy products! :'(
I can't remember much but when I woke up my dad says I was swinging at my mom and cussing. ๐ณ
Now I have trouble standing up.

I'm so glad to know you're doing well. I've never had my tonsils out but many of my friends have and recovered quickly. In fact, some 40 years later, they're still doing well๐ Onward and upward!
in peace
