lol you mean despair! desperate can be used in the context "a desparate situation" e.g. a very important situation.

Because, at 390 games, you must be making opponents wait needlessly, hence the reason for this thread. If you can't keep up with your games, you have too many.

Not if playing within the agreed time controls for each game. If not, then timeouts will occur.

Not necessarily. That is why you have so many options regarding days per move and timebanks when setting up games.

Nothing stopping you setting up a games with 21 days pr move and 28 day timebank, which would allow you 49 days to make one move and thereafter 21 weeks for each subsequent move if you so desired.
