I want to creat a tournament. Is it possible?

Try clicking the tournament link then look down the left side of the page. There are several options there and one of them may be what you're looking for.

If you have a menu point

Private - my managed

then you click there and are able to create the tournament. It was fact that only clan and club captains could create private tournaments.

You can probably get the leader ship of Club 24568 transfered to you...

And the question would have belonged to the "Help" Forum.
