I believe Respect always starts from self. If one has no respect for themselves, there is a good chance they will not have any respect for anything else in their path.
It is all the same God Phlabs, we all just take different paths in our worship. A wise Muslim man once told me this.
He started winging out about false Gods and how people will go to Hell Blah Blah and such.
There are a lot of things I might go to Hell for, they are all pretty petty in my view. If this God wants to send people off to Hell for not worshiping Him, or using His name in vein I really wouldn't want to go to His Heaven.

Perhaps you should have a chat with the Pope and leaders of the Muslim faith. You may come away thinking differently than you do now.

One more thing: I don't understand how you can complain about your religion not being respected when you don't respect the supposed sacrifice of the christ yourself. Sounds like hypocrisy to me, but the world is so full of hypocrisy that it is hardly shameful anymore is it?

I am a Roman Catholic and do not try to hide that fact. What you see is what you get, rather you like it or not.
I am happy I have my moral Character, and I didn't wind up with anyone else's. 😛
