Indeed.

I traveled to Toronto to see them this past Sept. This tour is phenomenal.
And trust me, I have many to compare it too.

maybe in the past, bono annoys me too much to go and see them now, plus they're not as good as they were. not by a long way.

That's true. Bono got annoying long ago with his unmitigated egotism.

It's hard for U2 to live up to their stratospheric accomplishments of the past.
"No Line on the Horizon" was a bit mediocre but every one of their albums boasts at least a few songs that are good enough to me to justify the purchase price.

Hip hop currently dominates rock, but I don't see Bono rapping anytime soon. But the more time that goes by the harder it is for them to reinvent themselves to stay viable.

Not only do you know cows and bs but you too are an "expert" on REAL rock. You're a man of letters aren't you? In the the episode featuring the part where Big Bird kissed Grover which one was it sponsered by?

😏

I'm no rock expert. Having an album on the Billboard top 100 since 1974 says something about Gilmour on the axe. I have to take a pass on the sesame street question as they became popular after I was well passed the age of most of their viewers.
