Hm... It doesn't totally work the way it should...

Not all my messages arrive and I don't get some of his moves while he has moved! Looks great though, it's a great start! 🙂

It looks like there could be a problem (not experienced during testing)

I will try to tighten up the net code to improve things. After one move has been dropped, the game would timeout with both players assuming victory. Is this what you experienced?

I think if you both have good connections, the game will play out fine. I have not seen this problem myself.

I also had similar problems with messages yesterday - some of them were lost, others arrived with big delay. Moves were transmitted fine. I have broadband:-)

I've played a bit of chess at miniclip.com where they use Flash as well. If you haven't seen it, take a look. It definately looks better than any Java implementations I've seen.

Just had a look at Uchess and I have to say I enjoyed it. Didn't really take to much notice of everything around the site as I was too involved in my game but its great to see a good old fashioned time limit within the game!

thats fine 'big guy' :-) Was good to play just to see what its like. Hope the emergency was all dealt with and it wasn't a biggie. Will have to have a rematch sometime :-)
