A while back Uncle Adam mentioned something about they found un-used forums on the site. Where can we find them?

there was also a number of forums that existed a while ago-each forum has an ID-starting with 1, and going to 7 or something-but forum 0, and from 8 to some random number like 3215431654272 were blank, so people started to take these forums and start posting in them...:p

you used to be able to change the forum ID number up to a very high number with very many zeros, and there were lots of blank forums. They don't exist any more I think...
