As a fellow coder I can probably answer this.

First you need to instantiate a number of chatGPT instances (other AI's are available). For best results you'll use some dedicated on-premise servers for this (better privacy), but cloud based solutions work also.
Once the array is in place, seed the master AI with the original text and request the modification(s) you desire (It may take a few iterations to get the desired results).

Once the desired result is achieved simply recursively feed that back into the array, this time requesting the AI edit the internet for you.

You could also do it manually.
