There is absolutely nothing wrong in saying the "Dogs Bollocks"
In the UK it means "the best a thing can be" i.e My new camera is the dogs bollocks.
The origin of the saying 'dogs bollocks' is said to have come from the early Meccanno sets, which had two editions. The lesser one was the 'box standard' hence the term 'bog standard' the more expensive was 'box deluxe' which later bacame 'dogs bollocks'
Not sure how it went from box deluxe to dogs bollocks, but there you go.

I am absolutely shocked and disgusted that this guy has had to change his name. How can something that is quite an acceptable term to mean "something good or great or the best" be deemed as offensive.
The word bollocks itself is not slang or a swear word.
This is just a case of somebody being very pedantic and wants to get up on his high horse (another expression that may need banning I suppose as people may deem this as a horse on drugs).
What is this world coming to.
Out of principle I certainly will avoid playing this guy who reported this, in fact I am totally disillusioned about the whole freedom of speech (or total lack of) thing on this site, I think the TOS is being used to extreme now. I certainly am not enjoying these forums anymore
