I have come across this game recently, for phones, ipads etc. Has some similarities with chess on this site, turn based, against humans (or robots).
Not bad at all if you like strategy

Even from their homepage the game is so unclear to me that I won't buy something...

I think it is only 99p. One great thing is that it has missions against the ai which introduce you to the units and rules gradually.
